Where I Ship
I currently ship to the UK, Europe, USA, and selected international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
UK Shipping

Standard (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2-4 working days

Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight.
Europe

Rest of World
I can ship to selected international destinations. Please note that shipping times may vary, and customs fees may apply. If you'd like to arrange courier shipping, please contact me.
Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2-4 working days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer.
Multiple Items
Shipping is calculated by total weight to ensure you don’t overpay - this means small orders are affordable, and bulk orders are bundled fairly.
Tracking
Most UK orders are untracked to keep postage affordable. If you need tracking or express options, please email me before placing your order.
Customs & Duties
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please email us at daisybowmakes@gmail.com in the first instance if you have a problem with your order. If a return is necessary, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
