What is a cyanotype workshop

A cyanotype workshop is a hands-on, creative session where you learn how to make striking blue-and-white prints using one of the earliest forms of photography. This 19th-century process uses sunlight to develop images on paper or fabric, resulting in beautiful Prussian blue designs.

In the workshop, you'll create your own artwork using natural materials like leaves, flowers, or found objects — arranging them on coated paper or card, exposing them to sunlight, and watching the magic unfold. Whether you're an experienced artist or a complete beginner, there's something here for you.

No previous experience is needed, and all materials are provided. It’s a relaxing, beginner-friendly way to explore a historic photographic technique while making something truly unique — whether it's a print, postcard, or folded card. Perfect for craft lovers, nature enthusiasts, or anyone looking to slow down and get creative.
