I made these high quality cartridge paper prints using real snake shed and fritillaries that I grew and pressed.
Cyanotype prints are real photographs usually using the sun to process paper painted with cyanotype chemical. The print turns a gorgeous Prussian blue, and when washed, leaves behind an x-ray image of the flower.
This is a duplicate print showing this cool process where science meets art.
The prints can be framed, (frame not included) used as a card or given as a gift.
I also sell cyanotype print kits if you would like to make the prints yourself. It's a beautiful way to capture the seasons and the beloved plants in your garden and can be shared with children as a fun activity or done alone as a curious and creative adult who likes to experiment.
